Who these guidelines apply to

These Brand Guidelines apply to all wholesale partners, affiliates, authorized resellers, marketing partners, and any third party using Exodus Enterprises or ExoClub trademarks, logos, or marketing assets. See our Terms of Service §10.2 for legal requirements.


Exodus Enterprises — Brand Guidelines

Exodus Enterprises, LLC ("Exodus," "we," "us," "our") has built strong brand equity in our trademarks, trade dress, and visual identity. These guidelines ensure consistent, lawful, and high-quality representation of our brands across all channels.

1) Our Brands & Trademarks

Primary Brands

Exodus Enterprises, LLC • Corporate entity and wholesale brand • Used for B2B communications, legal documents, and wholesale relationships

ExoClub (stylized: Exo Club in some contexts) • Consumer-facing retail brand • Primary brand for exoclub.com, retail marketing, and consumer products

Trademark Notice

All brand names, logos, product names, and design elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of Exodus Enterprises, LLC and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may violate federal and state trademark laws.

Where applicable, use proper trademark symbols:

  • ® for registered trademarks
  • for unregistered trademarks

Logo Files

Authorized partners will receive approved logo files in the following formats:

  • Vector: .SVG, .AI, .EPS (preferred for print and scalable applications)
  • Raster: .PNG (transparent background, high resolution for digital use)
  • Web: .SVG, .PNG (optimized for web)

Logo Variations

We provide logos in the following approved variations:

  • Red Logo (primary usage)
  • Dark Logo (for light backgrounds)
  • Light/White Logo (for dark backgrounds)
  • Small Logo Mark (app icons, favicons, social media profiles)

Clear Space & Minimum Size

  • Clear space: Maintain a clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "E" in "Exo" on all sides
  • Minimum size (digital): 120px width
  • Minimum size (print): 1 inch (2.54 cm) width

Logo Don'ts

Prohibited Logo Uses

DO NOT:

  • Stretch, distort, or alter the logo proportions
  • Change logo colors outside approved color palette
  • Add effects (drop shadows, gradients, outlines, glows)
  • Rotate the logo
  • Place the logo on busy or low-contrast backgrounds
  • Recreate or redraw the logo
  • Separate logo elements or use them independently
  • Use old or outdated logo versions

Color Usage Rules

  • Always use exact hex/RGB/Pantone values provided
  • Do not substitute "close enough" colors
  • Ensure sufficient contrast for accessibility (WCAG AA minimum)
  • For print, request CMYK or Pantone values from the brand team

4) Typography

Primary Typeface: Vercel Geist

ExoClub uses Vercel Geist as our primary typeface for all digital and print applications.

Geist is a modern, open-source font family created by Vercel, optimized for readability and performance across all screen sizes and resolutions.

  • Maintain proper hierarchy and spacing
  • Use approved weights only (300, 400, 600, 700)

5) Marketing Assets & Photography

All approved brand media assets, including logos, product images, and marketing materials, are available at:

Product Photography

  • Use high-quality, well-lit product images
  • Maintain consistent background colors (white or approved brand colors)

  • Do not use altered, misleading, or stock images unrelated to actual products

Lifestyle & Brand Photography

  • Images must align with brand values and target audience
  • Avoid imagery that conflicts with age-restricted product regulations
  • Ensure model releases and proper licensing for all photography
  • Follow platform-specific content policies (social media, marketplaces)

Include:

  • Your business name and authorization details
  • Intended use case and platform
  • Required formats and dimensions
  • Timeline for usage

6) Wholesale Partner & Reseller Guidelines

Authorized Use

Wholesale partners and authorized resellers may use Exodus/ExoClub trademarks and assets only for:

  • Listing and selling authorized products
  • Marketing approved products to end consumers
  • Point-of-sale materials in physical retail locations
  • Approved online marketplaces and platforms

Required Disclosures

When using our trademarks and assets, you must:

  • Identify yourself as an "Authorized Reseller" or "Authorized Retailer"
  • Do not imply you are Exodus Enterprises, an employee, or official representative
  • Include proper trademark symbols (® or ™)
  • Comply with platform-specific disclosure requirements

Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized Uses

You may NOT:

  • Use our trademarks in your business name, domain name, or social media handles without written permission
  • Modify our logos, product packaging, or trade dress
  • Make health claims, medical claims, or representations not approved by Exodus
  • Use our assets in a manner that damages our reputation or violates laws
  • Create derivative works or "inspired by" designs
  • Use our assets after your authorization is revoked or expired

7) Social Media & Digital Guidelines

Social Media Profile Usage

  • Do not use ExoClub logos as your profile picture unless you are an official Exodus account
  • You may use approved marketing assets in posts promoting authorized products
  • Tag official ExoClub accounts when appropriate: [specify handles]
  • Follow platform content policies and age-gate requirements

Website & E-Commerce

  • Use provided product descriptions and specifications
  • Link to official exoclub.com where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate inventory and pricing
  • Do not create confusion about the source of products

Email Marketing

  • Obtain proper consent before sending marketing emails
  • Include clear sender identification
  • Provide easy unsubscribe options
  • Do not misrepresent relationship with Exodus

8) Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Age-Restricted Products

When marketing age-restricted products (nicotine, etc.):

  • Implement age verification on all digital channels
  • Use appropriate content warnings and disclaimers
  • Do not target or appeal to minors
  • Follow federal, state, and local advertising restrictions

Health & Safety Claims

  • Use only approved product descriptions and claims
  • Do not make unauthorized health, medical, or therapeutic claims
  • Include required warnings and disclosures
  • Comply with FDA, FTC, and state regulations

Platform-Specific Rules

Ensure compliance with:

  • Social media platform policies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Marketplace rules (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Advertising networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Payment processor requirements

9) Asset License & Revocation

License Grant

Subject to these Brand Guidelines and our Terms of Service §10.2, we grant authorized partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved trademarks and marketing assets solely for authorized purposes.

Revocation Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke your license to use our assets at any time, with or without cause
  • Require immediate cessation of all uses upon notice
  • Request destruction of materials containing our assets
  • Take legal action for unauthorized or improper use

Upon Termination

If your authorization ends or is revoked:

  1. Immediately stop all use of Exodus/ExoClub trademarks and assets
  2. Remove all materials from websites, social media, and marketing channels
  3. Destroy or return physical materials (signage, printed materials, etc.)
  4. Provide written confirmation of compliance within 7 days

10) Quality Control & Approval Process

Pre-Approval Required

The following uses require written pre-approval:

  • Press releases or media mentions
  • Co-branded materials or partnerships
  • Large-scale campaigns (print, TV, radio, outdoor)
  • Promotional items (branded merchandise, giveaways)
  • Event sponsorships or appearances
  • Any use outside standard product marketing

Approval Requests

Submit requests to support@exoclub.com with:

  • Mockups or descriptions of proposed use
  • Intended distribution and timeline
  • Circulation/reach estimates
  • Draft copy and creative materials

Allow 5-7 business days for review.


11) Enforcement & Violations

Reporting Violations

If you observe unauthorized or improper use of Exodus/ExoClub trademarks:

  • Report to support@exoclub.com
  • Include screenshots, links, and details
  • We investigate all reports and take appropriate action

Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate license revocation
  • Termination of wholesale/partnership agreements
  • Legal action for trademark infringement
  • Monetary damages and attorney fees
  • Criminal referral for counterfeiting (where applicable)

12) Requesting Brand Assets

How to Request Assets

Authorized partners:

  1. Email support@exoclub.com
  2. Subject: "Brand Asset Request — [Your Company Name]"
  3. Include:
    • Your authorization/account details
    • Specific assets needed (logos, product images, etc.)
    • Intended use and platform
    • Required file formats and sizes

Response time: Typically 2-5 business days

Asset Delivery

Approved assets will be delivered via:

  • Secure download link
  • Dropbox/Google Drive (for large files)
  • Direct email (for small files)

Assets are for your authorized use only and may not be shared with third parties.


13) Updates to Brand Guidelines

We may update these Brand Guidelines as our brand evolves, legal requirements change, or new products launch. Updates will be communicated to authorized partners via email and posted to this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of our assets after updates constitutes acceptance of revised guidelines.
